STormwater Outreach for Regional Municipalities (STORM)

STORM is a regional organization promoting stormwater quality education within the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. STORM uses a multimedia approach targeting audiences through radio, television, special events, and providing permit information to the general public and the regulated community.

The Flood Control District of Maricopa County recently held their 2018 Flood Warning Users Workshop. The Flood Warning Branch offers several products to assist users in being prepared for Monsoon 2018 or any other rain event. This video is a compilation of six presentations given at the Workshop describing updates to the Flood Warning Program and where and how to access products including the flood ALERT program, Stream gauge Observations, Weather Outlooks, Interactive Weather Map, Flood Response Plan for Cave Creek, and Monsoon 2018 predictions.
